Hotel a Vesper

“Looks like they are renovating. Our room had a portable AC unit which worked for half the room. It smelled old which is understandable. Shower was weak and towels were very worn. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Sunday eggs were very tasty.”

“The coffee pot in room did not work, the halls and room had bad smells abd no aoi in halls, we got stuck on 3rd floor no elevators. I would not stay again, and the price, almost 200.00/night .”

“This hotel was a life saver! We tried to check in at our reserved hotel only to find out that our reservation was canceled due to water damage in the building-no notification. Expedia helped us get checked in here so that we could enjoy our trip.”

“The grounds are very pleasant. I needed to change original room due to very strong musty smell as well as super strong varnish odor. Owners were very quick to offer another room. So I do feel satisfied with that. Not the cleanest but was very affordable compared to other places in the area. I guess I got what I paid for. But I wouldn’t stay again.”

“Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much.”

“Very clean Hotel/ Rooms. Staff was friendly and the breakfast had pretty descent choices. Best Bedding I've ever slept in. The blanket was the softest I've ever had (usually their stiff due to lack of fabric softener). Will Definitely stay again.”

“The property was fine, they have in room amenities like shampoo, conditioner, hand, lotion, but there was no hand soap in the sink, the TV remotes don’t work, water machine to refill. Water bottles was not working.”

“I feel bad giving this review as it seems like a family is trying to run this place and they were very nice but in way over their heads. Our room smelled terrible including the bathroom smelling like urine. The owner was very accommodating and switched rooms. The place had a dank smell, areas smelled like cigarettes, and hallways needed to be vacuumed. “Comfortable”

“Way too hot in the hotel (81 degrees on the thermostat in the breakfast room). Staff walking around barefoot, room not well cleaned (hair in the corners on bathroom floor upon arrival, dirty looking tub, missed some obvious things when vacuuming). Smelled damp through the place and kinda mildew in the room. Loud a/c. People drinking and talking loud at 10:30pm right outside - then left a pile of empty beer cans inside the hotel door.
