“The room was basically clean except they didn't clean the floors Staff was nice Not pet area but we made do just made sure we cleaned up after her Parking lot was good Pool area wasn't clean beer bottles everywhere n trash We left a day early due to tropical storm he said we would be getting a refund for a days stay but has not shown up yet!! “Room was clean. Breakfast was 6-8 am & was awful. TV was terrible. Unable to get any TV channels without rebooting the TV. Even after rebooting it was a challenge to get to the channels. What channels we finally got were out of Dallas so no local news or weather. Fire alarms went off early morning & local fire officials including the fire Marshall had to come in our room. This happened multiple times that morning. We left as the noise & chaos were too much. Elevator was slow & bumpy..floor...

“The pictures online look a little different then what you get! The lady that was helping us was rushing and told us to go look at the room and if we don't like it then we can switch rooms.
