My kiddo swims a BUNCH in pools and lakes and this is the first time her skin and eyes got VERY red. The smell of the chlorine was also very strong. “I made my reservation 15 minutes before arriving. When I got there the clerk at the counter seemed annoyed that I interrupted her time spent talking with friends, that were standing at the counter. Then when she realized she needed to help me, she said "Oh, you just made this reservation, I thought I was done for thr night." I was less than impressed.”

Ayden especially was fantastic. Underground parking available, and quiet and clean. Property is new…fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be adding this to my list of preferred places to stay for Verona.”

“The staff were friendly. It's an old building but very clean. There is whimsy everywhere you turn, which keeps me coming back. The only issue that I've ever had is that the pillows are flat.”

“We didn't get much sleep due to the smoke alarms going off because of people smoking pot. Pretty awful for being a non smoking hotel. It was so strong in the hallways. Trying to check out in the morning because we wanted a receipt and there was no staff to be found. Breakfast was good though.”
