“My room was clean when I got there, and the room cleaning was always done by the time I got back from walking around the city. The staff were so helpful with any questions I had. Parking was less than a 5 minute walk away from the building which was amazing as well. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning! I think it's safe to say that I had the best hotel experience here.”

“Motel standard ma pulito e piú che dignitoso, parcheggio interno e personale gentile (ma in NZ è la norma). Si raggiungono i ristoranti di Ponsonby a piedi in pochi minuti, il centro cittá in una ventina (in salita al ritorno). Davanti alla struttura c'è anche la fermata dell'autobus, davvero in posizione strategica!”

“スタッフの対応も良く、市街地にも関わらず、駐車場も近くて良いです。隣の建物に停める形でした。洗濯機と乾燥機が部屋内にあるのが便利です。また、市の中心部へも１５分程度で歩ける距離です。1回に日本居酒屋があります。昼夜営業のようです。”

“The biggest issue we had with our stay was the lighting in the room. It was quite poorly lit and all the color schemes in the room tended toward dark materials. A second issue was with the check-in. This was a mixed result depending on who was waiting on you. We arrived early and got conflicting stories about when the room would be available, and then we were not informed when it was finally available. The biggest positives were that the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.”
