After lying down, I moved the pillow and found a cockroach, exactly as shown in the attached geo-locatable photos. I immediately went downstairs to complain. I was asked if I wanted a refund, but I declined because it was late, my luggage was already unpacked, and I just wanted to sleep. Instead, I was offered 15 USD. “Very nice staff, everything clean , bed was very comfortable ”

“Very clean and well maintained room, smelled good. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean. Towels were clean and white. The place was quiet for a good night’s sleep. There is a Mexican restaurant next door at a walking distance. I will definitely return. I missed the eggs for breakfast but they had brand flakes and fruit, waffles and bagels cream cheese. ”

“Although this is a fairy new Hotel. My king size room was quite pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioner was so up to par. Sometimes i had to turn the air-conditioned down. The 43 inch television was clear to watch. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and i felt safe! Thank you boutique for your housepatility. KAJ.”
