“When attempting to retrieve the keys from the automated Keysafe, the code provided did not work. I chatted with the Keysafe company and they stated the keys were not recorded as returned from the last user and to contact the property manager. Once I was able to actually speak with a person, she was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience and was able to remotely unlock a box with keys. “This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Nicely tucked away and so peaceful. About 20 minutes from most of the hikes/waterfalls/town we wanted to go to but such a beautiful drive! Hot tub was a great touch. Hosts were so kind! We will certainly be back! ”

Each bedroom had its own bathroom/shower which was amazing and the entire condo had more than enough room for all of us to hang out and enjoy! “The Lofts are in one word PERFECT! Great location. Well appointed! Comfortable. Clean! Did I mention location?! Two steps to Main St and the Center of Highlands! ”

“This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at The Lofts on Main and we love it! We were in the Bartram this time and it was perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband and myself. The location is great, everything is within an easy walk. The only thing missing was a hair dryer, it was listed as being provided. Everything else was there. We plan on staying here every time we visit Highlands. You should too!”

“I would stay there again. The place was well appointed and very convenient. The bed was super comfortable too. The only thing that was missing was an iron and probably not many people need one. The bathroom shower drained slowly and I informed the liaison. It is a little loud through the wall. You could hear the other person staying in the attached condo banging around in their place.”
