“Bring your own pillows. There were no bed pillows! Only 3 small 14 inch decorative throw pillows on king size bed. Pool is out of order going on 3 years according to staff. Bed was very firm and uncomfortable if you have arthritis in hips. Overall, it was okay as far as cleanliness and being spacious.”

“Not a well maintained facility. Reviews mislead my expectations. Staff was slightly disrespectful and dismissive. Room was cleaned but obvious details were missed ,such as items left in fridge and tissue stuffed in the peep hole. Poor repairs and "hiding" damage rather than a true fix. Breakfast was not a Breakfast, I almost asked if they were not set up yet. A few granola bars and packaged danishes in the clear bread box box.. and pancake batter for griddle. “Ive been drug down threw there with Expedia and I'm letting them... Problem after problem after problem and the staff doesn't know how to fix anything. The phone help hotline is terrible and slow and the online chat help center is even worse!!! But I keep TRYING to book with them....”

“A hotel room should be: Clean Safe Comfortable Quiet This place was NOT quiet. The large space under the door let in every sound from the hallway, the plumbing made noise and trucks in the parking lot made a racquet at 4am!!!”

“Small breakfast selection. Faucet on sink needs attention, water leaks out when it is fully turned on.”

“When we arrived they could not find my reservation. We asked for non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. The floor was sticky. The toilet was wobbly. We had to walk all the way around the main building just to get ice. (Said that the back entrance was out of order.) No one came to change the trash the whole time we were there.”
