I had booked this hotel specifically to swim in the pool and enjoy the hot tub but was disappointed by how busy and noisy the courtyard was right up to 10 pm when the pool gate started banging closed and the hose bib by my sliding glass door kept turning on and off. Many kids were being loud in the hall past 10. I'll probably choose a different hotel next time.”

“Directions into the resort is a little challenging. Signage could be better to direct you to the office for checkin. There are only 5 parking spots to check in and a very tight area to turn around to get your car out of that area. The room is a normal hotel room. Your room key will get you into the hot springs pool. There are a lot of people who come to use the facility by the hour, so sometimes the pool is very busy. People walking in and out doing funny business.. room smelled like someone smoked weed all week in there. I walked right out and went to a different place. Don’t let the price trick you into staying here”

“This hotel is very unsafe for a single women to stay. I was very uncomfortable immediately upon arrival - I have stayed at less than stellar hotels before but have never experienced such an unsafe environment. The person at the front desk tried to say that the hotel was safe and in the same breath said there was a recent car break in. The lobby smelled bad, people were walking around half naked, people were camped out in their cars acting extremely suspicious. I was made to feel very awkward and...

“Way overpriced in my opinion. Everything in the room was old and worn down. Our shower and toilet barely worked. We had dinner at the pub. There were ants and bugs crawling on the tables. Food was ok but not great. The only thing we thought was good was the beds. They were pretty comfy. I would not stay here again.”

“I stayed in the dog friendly room. The hotel had an ample supply and doggy bags and plenty of area to take the dog for a walk. The staff was always very friend. Breakfast was a delight, interactions with the front desk was also. Next time I travel with my Boxer Dog through that area I will stay there again”
