“The staff were rude. The room was run down. The handle fell of the sink spout, the toilet was leaking, the lamp and desk outlets didn't work because the outlet was not working. The microwave and ice machines were on completely different floors from each other. The microwave area was dirty. I would never stay here again. I actually cancelled a future reservation for another concert.”

“Room was ok. Questionably accessible. Carpet in rooms makes pushing a wheelchair difficult. Not sure if there are any push in showers, but the room we were given was a tub with hand bars. It looked like there was a bracket for a in-tub shower seat, but the seat was not there, nor in the room.”
