“The front staff checking in was not helpful and had a little attitude about nothing, but the staff on duty when I checked out was fabulous. The drink stations were not kept up. Coffee was out, sugar was everywhere, that area looked dirty. The gaming floor was clean and they do have plenty of games to play. I spend a lot of time at Choctaw Casinos so was really excited to try Cherokee, but from this experience, I will probably stick to Choctaw if I am wanting a weekend getaway but wouldnt mind...

On this visit, while most of the room appeared clean and presentable, the floor looked like a small child had been eating and spilt cereal on the floor. The staff was friendly and courteous. We would stay here again, but we'll be sure to inspect the room before unpacking. ”

“Our assigned room was on the third floor; however the elevator was out of service. After hauling a couple of suitcases up two floors it was obvious that we would not be able to stay.
