“Super eight was clean had a good breakfast. The staff was friendly. It was in a convenient high traffic area. I would highly recommend this to anybody to stay there.”

“I cannot believe you would include this property for ANYONE TO STAY AT. I WOULD LIKE A COMPLETE REFUND! IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE. POOL WAS A WRECK, NOT OPEN, NO F&B outlets of any kind. It was scary and I didn't feel safe, but had no other options. I have pictures!”

“The bar was closed most of the stay and there was no restaurant on site or nearby.”

“Staff was very nice at check in. The elevator was not working which was rather inconvenient - they could not accommodate me with a first floor room but did switch to a second floor room. Room was small but cozy. Linens were fresh and clean - bathroom was also very clean. Was a good room at a kinda expensive rate but all hotels on the Kansas City metropolitan area have raised their rates due to the impending FIFA World Cup games.”

“The staff did their best, but the condition of the furnishings and carpet etc needs to be addressed. Our key cards didn’t work on multiple occasions; many others in the hotel had the same problem. The rooms are gloomy and dark. The dresser in the room had drawers that kept sliding open. The sofa in the room was stained and worn; we were afraid to sit on it. Some of our party wanted to use the pool. There were no pool towels. The hot tub water was green and needed to be cleaned.”

“Enjoyed my stay - I’ve stayed before and I’ll stay again. Quiet area within walking distance of several restaurants. Room had everything I needed. 24/7 coffee in the lobby made up for no coffeemaker in the room. Breakfast was really good.”

“The ac was strong. But being next to a busy road with door and windows leaking light that at no point left the room what i would consider dark. The front desk was helpful for replacing the towels and such, however the apparent lack of and noise isoation is a negative. Every step or thought of out upstairs neighbors sounded like a horde of wild animals(assuming they weren't just rowdy) and the beds weird thin metal frame thing made my movements echo as the metal flexed.”

“The pool and hot tub were closed. Definitely needed repairs around the building. Our room smelled horrible and the bathtub was filthy. We moved to a different hotel.”
