“ Nice and clean”

“Arrived around 4pm, check in was at 2pm. She said our room wasn't ready yet. The entire motel was empty. Had to wait for "our" room was cleaned. Couldn't check in because the owner wasn't there. When we finally got a key, we left for a while. When we came back, there was no running water. They gave us a few 12 ounce bottles. Couldn't shower or flush the toilet. The next day, they moved us. “I was very frustrated with Expedia not the property. It was very important to find a Jacuzzi tub Indian unit. I looked all over and I had many options. I paid extra for this hotel room to get a jacuzzi tub. Well, Expedia has not updated their pictures since the remodel of this property. I spent hours on the phone with Expedia and never got my money back. Not happy. Unfortunately there was nothing the property could do. They were more than happy to refund my money but I had to get it through...

“It was a lovely location next tp Beautiful park”

“This was the worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. The biscuits were ice cold, the gravy was luke warm at best. The eggs seemed to be okay but the bacon was almost raw. Tried to eat but ended up going to Starbucks for breakfast the first Saturday and Denny's on Sunday morning. The "cooks" need training or be fired. I may not stay here again next year even tho' the room rates were very good.”

“Stayed for the Eugene Marathon and it was an excellent choice. Only 2 blocks from the starting line (I never even had to use a porta-potty!). The front desk staff was friendly and offered a to-go bag of marathon-friendly foods (bagel, peanut butter, banana, etc). We had a balcony room that faced a canal and got to see baby ducks, nutria, and a turtle! The hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants, a Starbucks, and Market of Choice. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.”
