“This was 1 of the most horrible stay ive had. The tv, shower, and light all not working. Hard as a rock beds. Walls so thin you and your neighbors are 1. Lied about free breakfast, its 2.99 an item. The cleaning staff cut too many corners. Also you can only have 2 towels per room. Which is ridiculous if theres 3 of you. Dont waste your time or money here. Need major improvements ”

“The stay was "OK"; was very busy venue with (evidently) a number of sports teams in town for competitions in the area, so there was running in the hallways and late-night loud voices. Was also expensive for a Holiday Inn Express, but perhaps that's to be expected in that busy area. The morning breakfast area was crowded, so perhaps that could be looked out for folks to "grab & go" more quickly. Also, no coffee maker in the room was a bit puzzling. I offer all of this to be constructive rather...

“Clean, well-managed. Nothing extraordinary, but no major issues either. Breakfast is free, serve yourself: pastries, cold cereal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, fruit, juice, milk, coffee, make your waffles”

“I am so very happy with my recent stay! The property was pristine and beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The best part for me besides the hotel being very clean was a pet friendly establishment. It was very convenient to take care of my dog with a waste station with disposable bags. The beach and boardwalk is less than a 20 minute ride, there is also a Starbucks next door. We will all be visiting again this summer ☀️ Denise, Ray and JP 🐾”

“Room was good & shower was amazing! Hallways had an odor. ”

“I booked a non-smoking room for a two-night stay, but within five minutes of entering the room it was obvious that it had been smoked in. The smell was so strong that I could barely breathe and it was completely unacceptable for a room advertised as non-smoking. As a result, I had no choice but to leave the hotel at 9:00 p.m. and find alternative accommodations at my own expense. To make matters worse, the hotel has refused to provide a refund and has ignored my emails requesting a resolution....

“I arrived on Sunday Night of Memorial Day weekend and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I didn’t know how busy the Boardwalk is over the holiday weekend, but I enjoyed myself here. After all the holiday makers left it was a very pleasant stay in Seaside! Would stay here again!”

“This was our third time staying at this location. The first two stays were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. During the third stay after checking in, our room smelled heavily of cigarettes, especially the bathroom. The pillows had hair on them underneath the pillow cases, and there was hair on the toilet seat and around the interior of the bowl. To my understanding the property interior is smoke free. The front desk also said they are smoke free and that there should not be any smoke...

“Good hotel, maybe a bit outdated on style”

“The rooms were filthy and the entry doors didn’t close the whole way. Non smoking rooms were filled with the smell of smoke. Couches were ripped and stained. I’ve never been to a hotel that was this dirty. I couldn’t even stay the night and they charged me for the room regardless.”

“Typical outdated room, it was clean enough to stay one night. Room was next to the parking spaces so you heard the older couples with loud bikes that were staying next door come and go. ”
