“I paid extra money to enjoy the pool and its services. Unfortunately the pool side seating was esthetically pleasing BUT staff didn't open service till well after 3pm when we were informed it should open at 2pm. No outside drinks or food are permitted on pool side, maybe next don't pay and arrive to relax unless you dont want a cold beverage by the pool. ”

“I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked about the laundry machines not working, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. I also requested an extra pillow and was simply told “no” without any effort to accommodate or offer alternatives.
