“The room was fine but the process of getting transport from the airport was diabolical. After being contacted by the hotel on WhatsApp to provide inbound flight details I responded directly and separately via Expedia. Upon landing we went to the pickup location - no transport. We called the hotel and they said they’d send the van - when he finally got there he wasn’t going to take us because he was waiting for someone else. “Pool, hot tub and gym were nice. Breakfast is listed as buffet breakfast but did not have any meat option at all. Main area of hotel was nice. Staff nice. Room itself needed some work. Gaps in floor tiles and can see underlayment to nany spots in the room Office chair arm rest was chewed up. A/C cooled well but condensation made a big puddle in the room on the floor.”
