Motel a West Knoxville

“Good spot if you’re needing a cheaper place to lay your head for a night”

“This motel is basically a crack house with room numbers. It's at the end of a Dead End side street. You can't go in the lobby to check in (in the middle of the day), you have to check in through a bullet-proof glass window that doesn't even have vent holes to hear the (indifferent & unhelpful) desk clerk. The rooms have no fridge & no microwave. There are seedy guests loitering around outside yelling at each other, who all seem to know each other because it appears they live there. Trash was...

“The lights and the TV in the bedroom weren't working. Also they definitely didn't specify how the room was handicap accessible. All the door would slam closed to getting a wheelchair in and out of the room was extremely hard to do. I told the front seat about the lighting issue and they had matinence come up and he just changed a light bulb. Definitely didn't fix it.”

“Motel carino in una bella zone, purtroppo però il bagno era datatissimo con doccia vecchia e nessun tappo per la vasca. Dopo entrati pa camera non è stata rifatta, quindi oltretutto niente caffè per la macchina, impossibile trovare qualcuno alla mattina per chiedere. Piscina carina ma qualcuno dovrebbe ogni tanto togliere insetti”

“Very clean and well maintained rooms. Good location and peaceful environment.”

“I’ll give them a review Do not stay here. Despite what the positive reviews claim, this property is horribly maintained and severely neglected. Upon checking in, we found blood stains on our curtains and saw cockroaches in the room. The physical state of the building is equally concerning, with loose, unsafe handrails falling apart. On top of that, the behavior of other guests made us feel completely unsafe, and the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when addressed. Save your money and book...

“This was a 2 night stay, and when we arrived the entrance was unkept. We requested 2 rooms next to each other and on the first floor, no smoking. We were told the rooms were non smoking, but when we opened the door it was clear they were not! The front desk receptionist tried to help us by brining a room spray, we requested more towels, and were asked if we had more than 2 people staying with us. Mildew in the bathroom, carpet so dirty we work socks. Guest sit outside of their rooms in a...

“This place was perfect! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition, and the entire process was effortless. I couldn’t be happier!”

“The Bluetooth on tv did not work good and when u get there u are told they must have a $100 deposit and will take 4 to 5 business days to be released back to you.”
