“This place was perfect! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition, and the entire process was effortless. I couldn’t be happier!”

“One towel, 2 pillows for two beds, and they should really be called rag stuffed pillow cases. No fridge, no microwave, tv was so snowy you couldn't see faces. Requested help for TV, requested towels, requested pillows, all requests went unanswered. 80 dollars, would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car and saving the money and discomfort. Wish there had been a 0 star option. Stay clear of this hell hole.”

“Stayed here for Smokey Mtn Race. Very convenient. Pleasantly surprised - it was clean and accommodating. Older place- but kept up.”

“The room was adequately clean. The wifi was spotty. Although advertised as having parking for trucks, trailers, and RVs, the parking lot was difficult to manage with a U-Haul pulling a car. Breakfast was toast, bagels, cold juice, and hot coffee. There's ice available. Coffee maker in the rooms. The AC was nice and cold. Pleasant staff!”
