“On the good side, as usual, these hotels are always clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good. My dislikes were that the ice machine on the second and third floor were not working. The bathroom chair was broken and left outside the tub. They were not helpful in guiding us to amenities in Knoxville. ”

Room was clean and comfortable as far as air conditioning, but severely outdated and needed a facelift, really the whole place aside from the lobby area does. Tub was cracked, sink was cracked, armchair in the room was worn. Shower barely had enough water pressure to make it out of the showerhead. “The front staff were very kind and helpful. While the property was overall clean, it was very dated and not well maintained. The furniture and walls were worn and patched, and key cards to pool area and some of the external doors didn’t work. This hotel needs a facelift bad! In the room, the location led to a LOT of road noise from the interstate, but also the bathroom sounded like a plane during takeoff and you can’t turn the vent off. The deadbolt to our door didn’t work and we weren’t told...

“When we first came in the lobby smelled nice and even though it was outdated it looked very well maintained and welcoming. While going to our room there was stains on the floor throughout the hallways and the elevator was very dirty. We got to our room and immediately you could smell the mildew like the carpet was wet but it wasn’t wet tot the touch. Then we discovered trash and debris in the bedside table in under the sink in the bathroom. The shower leaked constantly creating a very annoying...

“Absolutely wonderful! Very nice and new, super clean, and amazing staff! The breakfast buffet was such a nice surprise too, much better than any we have had at any other hotel in the past! We highly recommend this hotel and will def be back when we return to the area. 10/10!”

“They did a decent job with the updated renovations. Only one trash can in the room and no washcloths. Bed was comfortable.”

“The location was convenient and check in was easy. There was a strong odor when we walked in the lobby. It seemed to have never gone away. The room also had a bad odor. Parking was good. The room was okay. The carpet could use replacing (throughout the facility). Overall, if I ever stay in this area again, I would choose a different hotel. There are several choices. ”
