When we first came in the lobby smelled nice and even though it was outdated it looked very well maintained and welcoming. While going to our room there was stains on the floor throughout the hallways and the elevator was very dirty. We got to our room and immediately you could smell the mildew like ...

The room was spacious, the kitchen has a fridge, a microwave, a sink, and cabinets, but nothing in the cabinets, no pan, or plates, or utensils. Our room had a dog smell in it. We knew the hotel is pet friendly, so shouldn't complain, but we didn't feel the pet odor in other pet friendly hotels. ...

House is beautiful, but infested with stink bugs! They are everywhere… all over the windows, ceilings, etc. so bad in the master we had to change rooms…on the ceiling, walls, bathroom, even the pillows and the bedding…that was the last straw.

This cabin was top notch! We had a cousins trip with all different ages. We couldn't have been more impressed and pleased! From the cleanliness, communication and the amenities.
