“ Breakfast was great. Staff at breakfast was very helpful. Bed was clean, the bathroom was in poor condition. Cracks in ceiling and water damaged not repaired very well. Mirror on door was dirty. Light in ceiling was missing parts. I have pictures if you’re interested. Checking in was very slow. ”

“Walked in to a musty smell. The elevator made me very uneasy, so we took the stairs from the 2nd floor every time. Luggage and all. Our room key kicked us out after the first night (we stayed two nights) so we had to go get a room key at 10pm when arriving back to the hotel. The bathroom was out of shampoo and conditioner so they just set the new bottles on the shelf instead of just changing the bottles out. Our bed had a flat sheet and a very thin blanket. “The moment I opened the door the smell of cigarettes was so overwhelming! the door and walls were very dirty and there was hardly any bedding-I was there about 3 minutes and ended up leaving my room key (room 217) on the counter and walked out. I did not even feel safe. ”
