“Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. Thank you to Karl and Mandy for providing such a great BnB.”

“Love staying here as it is so peaceful. Unfortunately things were abit off this stay. Dry blood 3 large drops on the comforter near my face but as not on cover didn’t know until last night but was exhausted and flipped it. No fan in bathroom, mop dirt lines along tub and sink taps very loose. ”
