“We had multiple issues during our stay that significantly impacted our experience. Upon arrival, the provided lockbox code did not work. After about 15 minutes of trying to access the room, we called support and were given a different code that worked. Inside the room, we found required paperwork that threatened fines if not completed, but no pen was provided. We had to leave the property to purchase one.
