“We had a beautiful vacation stay planned to be near our Children and Grandchildren. Family flying in from all over.Paid for the Rental on MAY 17, 2025. We were notified by the host on June 12, JUST 4 DAYS PRIOR TO OUR RENTAL, that the home had been 'double booked', and the blame was placed on 'VRBO technical glitches'. Glitches that took this HOST a MONTH to realize. Clearly, this was a huge wrecking ball to our plans. At the time of this review, we are STILL awaiting the credit of our rental...

“Wonderful place!! We loved the upstairs playroom, big kitchen, and the spacious rooms. Was close to everything we needed. Host was very easy to communicate with.”

“The floors were dirty and towels were dirty and had hairs on them. The owner responded immediately to the towel issue and brought clean towels the next day.”

“An after hours strip club is next door. If you want sleep between 2am-6am, do not stay here. Neighborhood is very sketchy with homeless people on the streets. Unit is dated but decently clean (found nail clippings on the floor). Property management refused to reimburse cost and we were forced to get a hotel in order to sleep.”
