“This property is extremely outdated and rundown. Our room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. The manager was very nice and tried to accommodate us by giving us a dehumidifier and a spray bottle of room spray, but it was not acceptable for the amount of money we spent on the room. The bathroom shower curtain was dingy. There were orange stains on the bathroom floor. The carpet was old and seemed dirty. The bedding was old. “Let's just say you get what you pay for..... this location was good enough for what I needed a quick place to stay overnight. The pool area was nice, well maintained and open until 10 PM, everything else was basic. The location is also good as it is close to bars, restaurants, and major roads”

“The views are breathtaking. It’s a perfect blend of history with beautiful gardens. The historians at Middleton did such a great job to honor and share past stories, making this vacation not only a relaxing one, but also interesting. We enjoyed the weather greatly, the nightly snacks and drinks were a great addition- what a way to share a sunset on our anniversary trip! We might not be back right away, but will tell others to visit- 100% recommend as a relaxing adult getaway.”

“The second I pulled in there was no doubt I wouldn't be staying at this property. It was trashed & appeared to be very unsafe. I circled around the property to find a man with no shirt and no shoes chasing another man on a bicycle while screaming, cussing and trying to hit him with a stick. There was tons of trash, broken and damaged furnishings & bags of what appeared to be clothing all throughout the parking lot. The "pool" was filled with broken furniture, mattresses & had a tarp on it...

“This property is used for apartments by many. People grilling in parking lot, lookouts on the balcony for the businesses they run out of the rooms (girls, drugs), very noisy, room floor dirty, no hairdryer, toilet paper holder ripped out of wall, rack with towels put on wall at a huge slant that towels fall off shelf, towels dirty, odd substance on shower curtain, toilet had pubic hair around it, shower head not very tall (i'm 5'4 and barely fit under it). It had a microwave, 2-burner stove top,...

“There are better options for sure. Front lobby was only nice place. The room was very dated, bathroom was unmaintained. The A/C was so loud it kept me up all night. The breakfast left something to be desired. Microwaved food, inedible. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Fridge was old and dated. Door barely closed and the "freezer " was iced over, rendering it useless. I would definitely not recommend to families. There were many shady characters lurking around at all times.
