“Excellent cleanliness throughout and superb location for our needs. Instuctions on exact location of chalet and where to park on the site would have helped as it was somewhat difficult to find on first arrival. Minor irritations were the door hinge on the main bedroom that made an enormous bang when door was closed. Also arrival of a few ants inside by the front door could be the start of a bigger infestation if not dealt with.”

“This is our second year staying at The Beach House and we have already booked for 2026!! It is lovely to have a fully stocked kitchen, the use of a washer dryer and three bathrooms. The coffee machine is a special treat. We enjoy the space the property provides - it allows my husband to do his railroad modelling and to invite our grown up children to stay. The location is great, close to the beach and to the many good restaurants in Ventnor. We love the balcony and the views of the sea. ...

“The Grain store was perfect for our stay. The access to the Red Squirrel trail was a real bonus for dog walking. Ideal location for getting out and about and very comfortable accommodation. The Peacock wandering around was a surprise! ”

“A fantastic, roomy property in a beautiful rural setting. Sally was really helpful at check-in as the postcode doesn't quite match the location and tricky to locate in the dark! The property is furnished very tastefully and equipped to a high standard too. TV, bed and shower all very good. A few handy welcome gifts too including, tea, coffee, biscuits and washing up things - thanks! Would definitely recommend.”
