“I was very impressed by the service and quality of my experience at this hotel. I travel 120 days a year. First time here, lots of charm and character. Very well attended by staff.”

“Paid over two hundred dollars for a room with stained bedding, broken lights, not enough pillows, a rusted shower head and dogs barking all day and night. There was also no refrigeration or microwave available.”

“Overall the hotel had very nice staff. I did not have any breakfast because of my schedule while I was there. Very appreciative of this hotel allowing pets.”

“Jet tub did not work. The hotel smells like smoke as soon as you walk in, even though they are smoke free. The mattress for the bed was extremely uncomfortable.”

“The location is great and the staff is all so nice and welcoming! The rooms are nice and clean but don't have the same level of updating as the lobby. The biggest issue here to be aware of is the parking situation. There are only a few spots in the lot and if you don't get one of them”

“Ok so the pros of the hotel is the property is very spacious inside and outside with large parking spaces and with a nice view of the mountain, ski and trail areas, basketball and tennis courts. However, the problem we had was with the level of service and cleanliness of the rooms. First, when we entered our room and went to the bathroom, we found the rim of the toilet bowl a bit dirty smeared with excitement looking disgusting. We asked to have it cleaned and the front desk lady kept saying...

“We didn't stay here! We walked into the room and saw hair in the bathroom sink, there were 2 beds and one was so close to the bathroom door that you had to shimmy past the bed or climb over it to get to the bathroom. There were flies in the room too. It looked like some sort of apartment deep in the hood! My wife was basically disgusted with the place. I'm trying to get a refund for this as we had to find another hotel for the night.”

“Thank you to the management for being accommodating. It is really located in a central area. A lot of shops, restaurants, and retreats.”

“Quick stay for business but found the property to be very clean and sheek. Definitely will return when working in that area again.”
