“Breakfast was a nice buffet. Good variety of food. (Eggs, sausage, potatoes, gravy & biscuits, make your own waffle, ceareal). The pool was open until midnight which was great beacause we got in late at night. Hot tub and pool temps were great and room was clean and very comfortable bed. Showers are great, lots of hot water. I would definitely go back.”

“The amenities listed on the Expedia app were inaccurate. I booked this hotel specifically for its convenience and because it advertised a pool. However, upon check-in, the front desk informed me that the pool was not in working order. The pool was fully drained and under construction/maintenance.. meaning they were aware of this ongoing project for quite some time. This was extremely disappointing and was false advertising. “The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The amenities were very simple. The carpeting in the hallway and in the room was a little worn and smelled a little bit old. The bed was very comfortable, it did have a little squeaky noise when you move around. Overall, it was a great experience. I would stay here again.”

“Check in was smooth! Check out was easy. What i didn't like was the double payment of the security deposit, even know it was only $20 a day i was charged it on arrival and on check out. Although for my bank the refund of the deposit was quick 24 hours after check out. It was still dumb.”

“This hotel has gone downhill since the first time we stayed. They removed the treat jars from the elevators; the dog park is a disaster. They never have waste bags filled in the dispensers any time we have stayed. The gate on the opposite side of the park is completely off its hinges and was just lying on the ground. The whole point of a dog park is so dogs can't get out but with no gate they can get out. Not safe as an advertised dog park. The amenities for dogs are advertised as one thing...

“If i could give 100 stars i would. I was visiting for my son's wedding in the area. So many things to do in an area you are unfamiliar with. And crazy construction to navigate around. The staff was the kindest, most genuine down to earth people you would ever want to meet. Directing me to what's in the area and just friendly support for a crazy mother of the groom. The stay was very enjoyable amongst all the chaos. The only issue i had was i must have had to rekey our hotel key about 15...

“Apparently room make up no longer done when staying more than a day. Returned after a long day not to a relaxing atmosphere but to make own bed and call for clean towels not supplied for second day. coffee good and fresh fruit great but eggs and whatever protein rather awful.”

“I was expecting a breakfast, when we arrived, it was obvious the hotel was under renovations. Flooring was torn up, breakfast area, was disassembled and had tools in it. I was told we could walk across the road to a competing hotel for breakfast. No, I do not recommend this hotel.”

“Dirty sheets, beds were uncomfortable and there was a hole directly under the sink that my dog could fit through and she’s a big pitbull. Water pressure was nonexistent and the water knob was completely broken off sitting on the side of the tub.”
