“The sheets on the bed weren’t really that clean. The room was maintained well. The pool outside was also not maintained well but it had been raining so maybe that’s why. Overall it was an okay stay, the staff were super sweet when checking in! Lovely ladies! Thank you!”

“Nice hotel with indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym had almost nothing in it. We went to the hot tub one night, and there were 3 guys drinking heavily and playing music loudly at the table next to it. The highway is right out the front door, so it was a little loud at night.”

“The staff and property were very nice. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully organized, which made the stay very comfortable. We sat at the bar for cocktails and were pleasantly surprised by the variety of premium brands available. The beds were also super comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep.
My only complaint was that the water never got truly hot and was lukewarm at best. I did not report the issue, so it may have been something that could have been fixed, but my schedule did...

“This was my second time staying here and once again they exceeded my expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff has always been so kind, welcoming, and helpful, which is one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back whenever I visit San Antonio. They truly make you feel comfortable and appreciated as a guest.
One thing I always pay attention to when booking a hotel is cleanliness, and this place is by far one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed...

“Hard to find something I could eat with restrictions. No one monitoring pool, tons of kids not sure where parents were, playing with pool equipment, running on wet concrete, jumping in and out of pool and hot tub, not as relaxing. Didn't say how many could be in there.
Check in tried getting in early, then long waits whether for check in/out or purchases made. Asked employee about getting salt, he just said "NO!" I asked even in kitchen area, my partner was having horrible sore throat was trying...
