“I had a wonderful time at Norfolk Waterside Marriot. I arrived early and thought I would see if I could check in a little early since it was my birthday. This absolutely wonderful front office supervisor Caroline Mann checked me in. Not only did she check me in a little early, she got me an upgrade on the room, corner room with two views of the waterside, and into the M lounge for my birthday. What a wonderful birthday gift. “The service was amazing. The people were very friendly. I even locked myself out of my room and the front desk was very helpful. The hotel was clean, parking garage was easy to get in and out of. The restruarant had fast and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”
