“When I arrived I immediately noticed the tv was not plugged in and then I sat down on the bed . You could feel the springs of the mattress. I stayed for 15 mins tops. The staff initially attempted to charge me for a night after only staying for 15 mins. I had to contact corp office and eventually speak with the manager to get a full refund. The manager was very friendly and apologetic. I appreciated her.”

“I was disappointed as I was looking for a resort experience but was underwhelmed. Our first night we were excited to eat at the onsight restaurant. No joke, everthing I tried to order was "not available." 6 tries in and i chose a ceasar salad that was mediocre. There was no pool side drinks unless you walked over to the bar. The bar primarily had tequila. The waterfall bar was never open. The hot tub was so strongly chlorinated that we couldn't stay in long. There were people playing their own...

The beachfront access was a great bonus, and the restaurants served good food throughout our stay. My only complaint is that the booking website was not very clear or upfront about the additional $25 daily charge. However, the hotel does provide a $25 daily credit that can be used toward food or drinks at the restaurant or bar. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay...
