“The pictures do not represent the property at all! The hotel is run down, at least by the looks of the outside and from desk area, and the area is extremely sketchy. When I booked this room, it did not say smoking room in the description, so when I showed up to the hotel, they said they only had a smoking room for me. I could not stay in a smoking room, and they had no other rooms available. Which honestly was a blessing considering how unsafe I felt there just by driving up to it. So the...

“Did not like the kiosk for check in. It was hard to understand the person. I felt it impersonal. Coffee makers in room would have been nice. Room was decent.”

“Breakfast consisted of sugar , carbs, no protein The eggs come in little packets and they were set on ice. The pancake machine burnt the pancakes. The only place you could get ice was on the first floor so if you was on the second floor walk walk walk. The coffee was terrible smelled and tasted like burnt rubber. I just feel that someplace could have done better for the price that I paid. Old microwave and old refrigerator.”

“The staff were all very helpful and friendly… HOWEVER…. The room appeared clean at first. The floors are not carpeted, which is ok until I had walked around the room barefoot a while. I sat down and looked at the bottoms of my feet and they were literally black with floor dirt/grime. It was disgusting! I had to take a shower before even thinking of getting into the bed.
