“Everything was nice . Sorry I had to cut my stay short ”

“Clean room. The rest of hotel dirty and run down”

“Horrible staff. Condescending and ignorant at the same time.. was left waiting for a member to come to the desk for over 20 minutes! After the 20 minutes I helped myself to the master key behind the desk to re-enter my room (pics for proof). I would never stay here again, and am honestly rethinking best western in general because of this experience. Also all digital amenities do not function (Netflix, on-demand, etc.) so be prepared for basic cable and a basic hotel.”

“The room was ok, outdated. TV good, had mini frig/microwave. Tub/shower, no safety bars. Toilet low and small. All functional. Bed was comfortable. Staff was fine. What does one expect for $90?”

“Alot of shops near by. The heater did not work but was offered different opportunities ”

“The hot tub was broken but otherwise it was a very comfortable room”
