“Clean but dated room. Had trouble with noisy neighbours and the night porter tried to sort it but wasnt to be....however the manageress Gillian was great sorting a free replacement stay. ”

“Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

“Fantastic hotel. A 15 minute uber journey into the centre of Leeds. Big rooms, coffee machine, decent shower. Will happily stay again. Nice little pub on the grounds too.”

“The place is actually a mammouth service area. Food court closeby and wonderful park on the backside. They were short of personnel though and this affected some elements of the stay. Need to read the board where they state they do the rooms only after the third day (…?)”

“Camere squallide. Stesse lenzuola per 4 notti. Lenzuola bucate e variamente rammendate. Letto fatto male con lenzuolo che non copre il materasso. Materassi sfondati. Specchio in bagno ad altezza ombelico, impossibile farsi la barba. Accesso alla piscina limitato ai bambini (fino a 16 anni) in orari estremamente ridotti. Al lunedì dalle 9 alle 10.30 con orario della colazione che finisce alle 9.30: o fai colazione o accompagni tuo figlio in piscina. In settimana dalle 15.30 alle 17.00 o vai...

“Hotel was stoplessly clean. Check in quick and easy. Room was spacious, and again spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable and breakfast the next day was delicious Highly recommend 5 stars from me.”

“Stayed one night to attend a RL game at Castleford Tigers - great location, we were in one of the bungalows, a really nice large room with patio. Good buffet breakfast included. We will be back.”
