“Broken shower, broken toilet, cigarette burns on all the bedding, water damaged floors. At least there were no bugs?”

“When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water! “I was very disappointed that the bed was halfway made. The quilt was soiled. The attendant issued a new quilt, thanks for that. Location was perfect. Staff was attentive but the physical appearance up close needs some work. The only chair in the room was filthy.”

“For the price it was fine. I am a single man traveling so I dont need much. It was much less than other options in the old town/carlyle area. Room was clean and desk guy was nice. Overall the property is old amd looks a bit run down. Again this is a budget option. I will probably stay there again. The breakfast was limited. Just waffles and toast and some cereal. Walked from Huntington metro. Took about 25 minutes. Doable for me but most probably wouldnt want to walk that far.”

“Was surprised by a 50$ deposit that was added at the site. Expecting that this deposit will be reimbursed now that the trip is complete. If I had known this, I might not have booked at this site.”
