“Employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well cooked and flavorful. Room was clean and quit comfortable.”

“I booked this hotel in advance of a basketball tournament and when I arrived at the hotel they informed me that it was overbooked and they sent me to Residence Inn, a sister hotel. This was upsetting because the team wanted to stay together. What was weird is that I booked before other parents and they were given a room. This was unexpected.”

They no longer had the room I reserved available, and gave us another that was smaller than we needed. The refrigerator didn’t work and there was water seeping out of the floor tiles. “The hotel was horrible!!!!! Strange people were lurking in the hallways & weird smell in hallway. I wouldn’t recommend any one to stay here. I tried to cancel the rest of my stay an apparently if you book through a third party you can’t cancel the rest of your stay if you are unsatisfied with the establishment .”

“La struttura si trovava in posizione centrale. Raggiungibili a piedi tutti i locali del centro e le attrazioni. La possibilità di avere a disposizione un parcheggio anche senza prenotazione è stata apprezzata ma le tariffe sono troppo care. La camera era pulita. Non eccessivamente moderna. ”

“Parked for a week at the property. Sunday to Sunday. Departed for vacation. Car vandalized and broken into on a Tuesday. Returned to property on Saturday to stay. Personally identified damaged on Sunday after checking out. No contact or communication after the damage. Even filled out personal information paperwork to park. Park at your own risk. All you will get is a “sorry” and a smile.”

“Rooms are clean, bathrooms could use more towels and more attention but overall there are no major complaints, the breakfast menu could use a few more items. ”

“Everything was very good. Very clean, nice, quiet room, great location, friendly staff. Only thing to find fault with is breakfast in the in-house restaurant is quite expensive- but not unexpected for a downtown location and plenty of good options near by.”
