Behind the house also includes an additional deck nestled in the private 8 acres of woods with with a slide, small swing, zip line, and herb garden. Beyond the woods, a trail leads to the peak of Mount Guardian with a fantastic view point of Cooper Lake. Downtown Woodstock is only 10 mins away and the trailhead to Overlook Mountain and Firetower is only 5 minutes. The Ashokan Reservoir Rail trail is a beautiful 20 mins away and renting bikes is available from Overlook Bikes at the trail. There is a wood burning stove for chilly nights and coffee and a high end espresso station for the early mornings on the huge fully screened porch with living and dining areas.

There is a bright fully equipped chef's kitchen with both induction and gas stove as well as a outdoor gas grill and pizza oven and a pit barrel smoker. The kitchen is generously equipped pots and pans as well as appliances. The dishes are handmade designer ceramics and sufficient for a large family and entertaining.
