“The breakfast was very basic and quality of food was poor”

However, the staff told us that breakfast has not been provided for several months. This is very misleading, as we did not receive what was advertised and paid for.”

Some amenities available in the room, like coffee, tea, and milk. No continental breakfast option was available. It's not close enough to shops, and you'd need a car to buy some small bites. In general, good option for accommodation.”

“We had a wonderful time at this beautiful historic hotel. The staff are the greatest asset, and provide genuine, heartfelt excellent service in everything they do. The team that looks after the rooms is also exceptional. Having seen some other people’s reviews, I think you need to bear in mind that this is a building which is more than 100 years old, and it has been updated to a very comfortable and pleasant experience.
