“The property is very rural and feels very safe. Parking is easy. The buildings are a little dated but well maintained. Everything was very clean and everything worked. The bed was comfortable. The room includes a coffee maker, a microwave, a mini-refrigerator, a large TV and WiFi. I particularly liked that the WiFi did not require a password. “Entrance is a little hard to see and you need to exit earlier than 124 when traveling west. Newer building, excellent & spacious room, plenty of parking. A good Mexican place right next door.”

“This is one of the best B&B's I and my wife have stayed. The walk in shower is truly amazing and has a door that opens out into the private porch area and hot tub. The breakfast is really delightful and plentiful. The hosts are great people and they will leave you in peace if that is what you want. We chose to visit with them and had pleasant conversation. We highly staying here you want peace and tranquility. It is such a lovely gem in the woods! ”

There is no elevator.Property seems to have been recently bought and is under construction.At least the ac and ice machine worked.All in all you get what ya pay for,which ain't much.”

“The location was perfect to us. It was 2 min from downtown or an 8 min walk. We only stayed there for a weekend. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean, but there approximately 3-5 pieces of tile that moved when walked on. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.”

“This was a great place to stop on our way through Texas. The Magnolia suite had everything we needed and was decorated in a lovely manner. Our host was very friendly and prepared a delicious and generous breakfast. The location is very convenient for shopping and restaurants- the little downtown area is very charming. Highly recommend!”
