“Cheerful and professional staff”

“This is a beautiful location. We stayed in one of the Suites and while i give a 5/5 for cleanliness and the overall grounds I have to say I was disappointed by a few things. We were on a bottom floor suite with people above us who lef their dog in the room early in the morning and it howled and howled waking us up. While this isn't a hotel issue i did text asking if the owners could be contacted to come back and get their dog. At the same time I asked if it was possible to get some extra towels....

“This was a very interesting experience for my wife and I. We arrived late, 6:30 pm after staff had left for the day, but had been provided codes to access the property. We found ourselves alone in the building and tried a couple of rooms before finding ours, as we were not given a room number. The room was spacious, bright and clean. “We stayed for 1 night.It was okay buy they could do some renovation,the towel bar is like about to fall same with the shower curtain rod.The wallpaper in the washroom is peeling off and the ceiling in the washroom is like falling off.The exhaust fan in the washroom is so noisy.I like the bed that is clean and soft.Will I stay again?Yes I would for the price and the beddings.”
