“Great little hotel. Themed rooms. Continental breakfast offered. Only issue was ran out of hot water in the shower due to overuse and had to wait for the tank to heat up again. Otherwise would have given 5*.”

“Room was adequate. Size and amenities for room wasn't an issue. Hiwever, the room smelled stale. It looked clean but smelled as if no one had freshened it up or wiped anything down in awhile. Very unpleasant smell. I wouldn't recommend.”

“Our interaction with some of the reception staff was disappointing. We booked two rooms — one for my husband, my 9-year-old son, and myself, and another for my parents. At check-in we received room keys and two wristbands per room for access to the hot spring pools. On the first day, my husband and son used the pool. On the second day, when I wanted to go with my son, we realized the wristbands were missing. The reception told us that lost wristbands cost $20 each and asked us to pay $40. While...
