“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

“The hotel has undergone a couple upgrades the last few years. I can tell it’s under new (and better) management. There is now shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel in the shower. The breakfast has been upgraded also. There are eggs and sausage now in addition to the other breakfast items.”

“Honestly, this hotel is awesome! The staff was sooo nice, pool is smaller but we didn’t care. Location was everything! Right near all the battlefields. A minute drive from downtown. The rooms were very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was 8/10. Typical hotel breakfast..but we all found something we liked :) ”

“The place is really nice with friendly staff. The only issue we had was trying tontske advantage of the early check in option. I was told to call in advance, i called and was told to call the next day (day before arrival), but it would not be an issue since my cottage was vacant the day before. I called and was told I was unable to check in early and had to call the next day (day of arrival). Seemed to be some miscommunication so we just chose to leave later in day to arrive at normal check...
