“I wish I could think of one positive thing to say about my stay here. From problems at check in to being unable to contact anyone at the front desk. No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. “It was ok for one night, but I would‘nt stay longer. The good thing: It’s near historical Williamsburg. The room was not very clean and the WiFi is not useful, it’s not working. Overall, I will not book this hotel again.”
