“The hotel is a very good family hotel where children can have a lot of fun, the play area is majestic! The reception staff instead completely inefficient, they did not provide us with an extra blanket because they did not have the hotel being full and in the end the hair dryer did not work, I went down with wet hair at 10 in the evening and they replied that they had no others and could not do anything, I raised my voice because such a thing is unacceptable and by chance a new hair dryer came...

“Das Zimmer war für unseren 4 Tages Städte Trip perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Man ist gut fußläufig angebunden und kommt auch schnell nach Amsterdam mit der Bahn. Die Inhaber sind rund um die Uhr zu erreichen und kümmern sich schnell um Probleme. Die einzige Kritik die zu äußern ist, ist dass kalte Bad, welches sich nur langsam aufgeheizt hat und schnell wieder abgekühlt ist. Dies ist jedoch Kritik auf hohem Niveau.”
