"The Riveredge property is very dated, and in need of maintenance. A few specific items: clear packing tape used to close carpet seams throughout the building; poorly outfitted fitness center; in our room, a window that had fallen out of the track, and a sliding closet door that also out of track. ..."

"My favorite place to stay in thousand islands very clean, staff is always pleasant a change this years don’t go early to see if you can check in early the charge is 50 to check in early if room is ready. Not favoring that."

"Rooms small and although mine had some updates, there were still more to do The bed springs made noise when you moved. The bathroom old and in need of updating. Definitely far from a resort' On the plus side, the beds were clean and the bathroom towels were excellent"
