Hotel sulla spiaggia a Bal Harbour

"I had asked whether it was possible to have an early check-in because we were flying overnight and landing at 6 a.m., starting two days before our arrival. No one ever replied to my request. When we arrived in the morning, I asked again, explaining that I was suffering from severe back pain, but no one made any effort to accommodate us. We had to wait until 4 p.m. for the regular check-in, which was nothing short of shameful due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff member named Tamara. They did not even inform us about the breakfast hours, or worse, that it was necessary to make a reservation to have breakfast. As a result, the following morning we went to breakfast and were not allowed to sit because we had not booked in advance. The breakfast itself was poor in both variety and quality, with excessively high prices. The floors in the room and bathroom were never cleaned during our three-day stay, nor was the shower tray. A very disappointing experience."

"Uno dei migliori hotel del centro di Miami, ottima posizione sul mare, difronte a Bayfront Park e vicinissimo a ristoranti e negozi. Tutto il personale è molto efficiente e disponibile, il check in è veloce ed abbiamo goduto di un upgrade gratuito. Le camere ampie, completamente rinnovate, la nostra con vista mare, letti molto comodi, bagno grande e dotato di tutti i comfort. La hall e tutte le aree comuni sono belle ed eleganti, molto luminose e spaziose. Ottimo il ristorante Toro Toro. "

"Buen hotel, con todos los servicios necesarios, bien ubicado en Brickell. Unico problema es que en estos dias hay trabajo de reparación en la calle frente al hotel y la circulación es algo limitada, pero nada grave."
