“The room was very clean. The breakfast was just ok (basics, but nothing hot). It was quiet and good value for what you pay. It’s not fancy, but it’s not expensive.”

“It was conveniently located next to family giving us extra time to spend with them. The rooms are extremely clean and breakfast are standard breakfast. Persons at the check-in desk are extremely proficient”

“They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine.”

“I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express multiple times and other locations. This one was the least enjoyable the room was not cleaned between days of my stay one of those days was my fault as I left the do not disturb sign on the door by accident but the other days I expected the room to get cleaned and it didn't the room had obvious signs of excessive wear and it appeared the bathroom had been flooded at an earlier time as you could see a watermark on the door in the bathroom”

“Breakfast left a lot of room for improvement- bagels toast English muffins and cold cereal, apples bananas and juice that’s it. Not even yogurt. Stingy with clean towels/ wash rags as well. All in all stay was adequate (8 days) but could’ve easily been better.”

“This was an incredibly odd experience from start to finish. I was double charged for the entire stay the moment I walked in the door and was told that's a standard but I was also told that if the charge did go through they would take care of it. So I'm not sure if it's a standard or if they were unsure it was supposed to happen that way. We arrived and noticed the beach volleyball court was totally overgrown. The pool was not full and wouldn't be during our stay. They did not have an ice machine...
