“When calling the hotel prior to check in, the customer service was absolutely delightful! The customer service agent I spoke to was pleasant, helpful and competent. Checking in was slow. We arrived late, about 1045 pm and waited 30 minutes in line to check in. Customer service agent at the desk was pleasant, but clearly overwhelmed with the tasks. “The room was pretty clean but the bathroom needs to be mopped. Breakfast was delicious and hot. First impression of the outside was not great. Garbage cans we're overflowing and needs to be swept.”

The lobby is clean enough but you have to speak to someone on a screen in another country on something that resembles an ATM to check in which is a bit annoying but it was the least of our worries. The rooms smelled like a basement that had been flooded and left to dry, the smell of mildew was so bad in the bedrooms, and I mean multiple room, there was an elderly couple that had checked in ahead of us and literally turned around after they went to their room and...

“My room was clean as can be. The hotel staff was helpful and polite. The restaurant was worth the money for the breakfast. This place has isnt the most up to date as it is an older location but it's worth the money and I felt safe during my stay. The event was well managed by the staff as there was several hundred attending. There were several tables set up to get food it made the process much faster and better than previous events I've attended. It was worth the stay.”
