Hotel a New Cumberland

“The phone in the room was not connected and attempts to call the front desk resulted in the call disconnected over and over. Very frustrating that I had to leave the room to make requests.”

“After 4 night stay, we did not have breakfast because no waffles were not available, no milk for cereal or coffee, no cups to get a cup of coffee (cleaning lady got two from her room but no coffee available), cereal was gone from serving dish. We had two towels and one wash cloth for three adults. Requested extra and was promised them but did not get any. Our room was smoky. Was told would get air cleaner but we ended up buying our own to use.”

“Saw some bugs crawling around in room. Very loud live music till 2:00 in the morning. Could not talk to anybody to checkout.”

“We stayed for 3 days with six people and they never cleaned our room, took our trash or gave us towels. When we did ask for towels they only had 2. Hot tub was luke warm at best. Breakfast was decent and the room was nice. Great location.”

“This was the worst stay I’ve ever had! They property was extremely dirty, the room stunk so bad, the sheet and comforter smelled like body odor, musty, mold, it was so bad I can’t describe the smell. When I asked for mew sheets they said there wasn’t staff on the property so they would see what they could do. I had only been there an hour because I arrived late and I asked for my money back at that point because the beds were covered in yellow stains there were spiders crawling everywhere,...

“The breakfast was a bit disappointing and the fitness center equipment wasn't fully functional. But the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was perfect for a quick stay while on a road trip.”

“Came in for a night for a place to sleep. Other than the TV being in bad condition and the parking situation being a little weird, it was a good stay. Clean room, recent amenities for a cheap motel”

“Overall - very good & very close to the airport. Some of a few negatives - no charging station in room. Gym was small & indoor pool was small. Other than those small issues - everything went well. We also visited during mayfly season. Would be great if you were an entamologist. :)”
