“Recently stayed here and had a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the AC worked wonderfully, and the microwave and fridge functioned perfectly. The pillowcases were also great—nice and clean. However, the rest of the stay was a struggle. The toilet took four flushes to clear, and the bathroom ventilation was completely clogged with dust and didn't work. While the linens were clean, the bedsheets were full of cigarette burn "ventilation holes" (in a non-smoking room). 1 floor mat, 1...

The room was not clean, the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom area, a broken lamp was on the floor, terrible smoke odor in the room, one set of towels for two days in a king room. “L'hotel è bello dall'esterno ma le camere sono fatiscenti. Il bagno era sporco e c'erano insetti morti sopra alla scrivagnia. Inoltre per due giorni non mi hanno rifatto la camera perchè sul letto avevo lasciato il pigiama. L'unica cosa positiva era la colazione in cui potevi trovare molte cose. Non prenoterò mai più questa struttura.”

“The room was discusting. It had human fecal matter and blood on wall in bathroom, a used lubricated condom in the nightstand drawer, the refrigerator was a solid block of ice, only one receptacle worked in the room, the furniture was so badly stained you were afraid to sit on it. The toilet didn't work properly, the recptacle in bathroom did not work neither did their hairdryer. The room was overall filthy and can not believe you would even put them on your website. Guess I will not be using...
