“The room was decent but for over 200 a night I expected it to be a bit better. The shower and toilet were so loud when it was running you could hear all the noise in the room. the hotel said breakfast was included. There were apples, bread and waffles ONLY. The juice tasted like they added concentrate with no water. The only person that was decent was the shuttle driver- she was awesome. At the front desk I was handed the wrong ID, i asked to use a different card and was told no. The woman...

“Was not impressed with the breakfast. There was only one bagel left, no muffins or pancakes. While I did not partake it was nice to see they provided a shuttle to the casino. I didn’t use any of the amenities. The room layout was nice the way the two beds were separated and very clean, but I could hear my upstair neighbors stomping around.”

“Room was clean and okay the bathroom could use some bigger toiletries. The staffs that I encountered with was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was okay I love the freshly squeezed juice. The pool in the basement wasn't a hit for me. Overall for a 2 night stay it was okay.”

“Disgusting, ceiling falling in (raining in more than one spot), carpeting trip hazard, back stairs used all night (loud squeal, door slam and noisy people talking at full volume). Was afraid to try shower. ..looked like it was very unsafe.”

“The staff were very kind, however the property is in need of both cleaning and updates. Our shower had mold on the ceiling and the curtain liner, the jacuzzi tub needed to be cleaned, and the room definitely had a very strong odor. We were only able to get a smoking room and the scent was extremely evident, to the point where it affected sleep and made my clothes smell that I didn't even wear. “Positives: Staff was friendly. Check-in went smoothly. We got a deluxe room with 2 queen beds. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable enough. The water pressure in the shower was also good. The pool area was clean and the kids enjoyed it. There is a diner right next door.
Negatives: Everything was worn. There were marks on the walls that weren't repaired. The couch in our room had a couple mystery stains. The carpet near the night stand was also stained. For the cost given the...
