“When we arrived there was no one at the desk for 10-15min. The gentleman came back and was not very friendly.
The closest door in our room was broken. We could not open it to take out the iron. I had to go downstairs to have the receptionist walk me to another room to take out iron and ironing board.
When we went to dinner and came back there was absolutely no parking. We along with many others had to park in the fire lane. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We would not rent here...

“We enjoyed our stay. However, there are a few “tips” for future travelers. The website is misleading. Only “Signature” guests have beachfront access; the majority have to cross a busy road and go under the “Signature “ building to get to the beach. You can use beach chairs free of charge by going to the first floor at Signature. We weren’t aware of this & happened upon it by pure luck! The bugs are horrendous. Do NOT walk on the grass or you will be attacked by some black bugs. Request a...

“Not clean. Had oily residue on counters and headrest. Breakfast not good at all , no staff help. Not too much seating for Breakfast staff amazing very friendly, smile on their faces. just hotel needs work in improving cleanliness(elevator also dirty). Overall not worth what I paid.”

“Love the underneath parking situation with easy elevator access. Room was spacious, was initially disappointed to not have an ocean view, but the nice balcony looking over the marsh (for now) has a lovely sunset view.”

“Hotel dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camere spaziose e sopratutto molto confortevoli e pulite.
Colazione abbondante e molto apprezzato il fatto che durante il giorno ci fosse il caffe sempre a disposizione.
Utilissimo il computer nella reception con stampante annessa a disposizione dei clienti, nel nostro caso abbiamo avuto un problema con l'apertura di un file pdf (biglietto aereo) e la ragazza alla reception ci ha subito risolto il problema.”
