“so excited when I booked this property, it was higher price than most properties in surfers Paradise Gold Coast arrived. Everything is dated carpet in the hallways ice machines didn’t work the entire time on each floor bathrooms are a combination triangular Jacuzzi shower bathtub terrible open the mini bar fridge there’s dust mold not clean at all for the price. This place should be half the price. The only thing that saves this property are the ocean views from the ocean room which we booked....

“We had a fantastic stay at JW Marriott Surfers Paradise and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and we felt well looked after throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a bright, relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Our room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed and great views. Everything felt high quality...
